The Cable Center Customer Care Committee (C5) brings together customer care executives from across the industry to examine the common issue of enhancing customer care. In this forum customer experience management experts can share ideas and lessons learned, identify best practices and develop solutions for current issues and challenges. Recent issues explored by C5 include the transition to digital signals and the use of social media in customer communications.
The group, which is open by invitation, meets in person twice per year and augments these in-person meetings with monthly webinars and conference calls.
