Chad Youngblood
Vice President, On-Air Promotion,HGTV
Chad Youngblood has more than 15 years of experience in the television industry, connecting networks with their viewers. As vice president of on-air promotion for HGTV, a position he has held since late in 2004, Youngblood is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship with viewers.
Youngblood oversees a staff of 11, and is responsible for the on-air promotional image of HGTV. His has been recognized by his peers with several national awards and in 2002 received special recognition from the National Associate for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications.
He is a five-year veteran of HGTV who previously served as director of on-air promotion for the lifestyle network. He joined the network as a writer/producer of special projects in 2000. Prior to HGTV, he served as writer/producer for KGO-TV in San Francisco, and 10 years of local television in Reno, NV and San Jose, CA.
Youngblood and his wife Ginette have twin sons, Evan and Owen. |
