The mission of The Cable Center is to serve
with unwavering intellectual integrity the cable telecommunications
industry, the academic community and the general public through
a variety of programs that conserve and display the entrepreneurial
history of cable telecommunications and its legacy of contributions
to society; provide education, training and research covering
all aspects of cable telecommunications; and increase understanding
and appreciation of the business, technology and programming
of cable telecommunications.

MISSION »
The Center, which opened its Denver headquarters in 2002,
is comprised of five core components: The Magness Institute,
The Programming Institute, The Barco Library, The Web site
and The Demonstration Academy, and Technology Museum.
