WHAT IS THE CENTER'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS?
The Cable Center

The Center is a non-profit organization whose initial support came from tax deductible donations of cash and in-kind gifts. Over $60 million was raised, and we currently have $30 million in endowments – providing permanent funding for The Center.

The Center is not membership or subscriber driven, we rely on contributions to help ensure the availability of a rich, deep, and thorough information tool.

The Center recently completed its Capital Campaign, which began in 1997. Those funds have been used to construct the world-class facility, to begin the installation of state-of-the-art telecommunications equipment, and to fund an operating endowment that will ensure The Center’s long-term financial strength.

Phase II of the campaign, The Education Campaign, was launched in 2004. The $65 million fundraising program is dedicated to funding opportunities for educational programs.
