At the Barco Library we are eager to help you with all of your research needs. Our librarians know our comprehensive collections in and out, and are happy to help you find what you are looking for.

RESEARCH SERVICES

Staff Research - $50 per hour (first hour free)
Our knowledgeable librarians can help to identify useful research resources within our collection or answer questions about the cable industry. Allow us to assist you; the first hour is free!

Conditions of Use:
The Barco Library historical images are accessible to the public. Copies of the images are available, unless restricted by federal copyright law and/or any specific collection restrictions.

In consideration of our supplying you with a copy of an image, the user agrees to:

1. Complete a photography reproduction release form
2. Make advance payment to the Barco Library of reproduction and use fees
3. Credit each reproduction to: The Barco Library/The Cable Center
4. Provide the Barco Library with a complimentary copy of publications or productions using a Barco Library image

Permission will be granted for one-time use only, non-exclusive right to publish. Any subsequent use of a print or digital image requires written permission of the Barco Library.  All other rights, including those of further publication, are reserved in full by the Barco Library.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide reproductions to publishers and/or individuals who have not complied with our policies. 

Copyright Restrictions:
Use of images and/or video/audio requires written permission from the staff of The Cable Center's Barco Library. All responsibility for questions of copyright that may arise from the use of reproduced material provided by the Barco Library must be assumed by the user. The Barco Library will provide any information it has available to the user.

FEES FOR PRINT OR DIGITAL SERVICES:

Digital image (75 or 300 dpi):
Reproduction fee: Individual/non-profit/cable-industry related Commercial/for profit	$10 per image $25 per image
Print image (8x10 black and white, glossy or matte)
Reproduction fee: Individual/non-profit/cable-industry related Commercial/for profit Please contact the staff for additional sizes	$15 per image $30 per image
Use fees: Individual/non-profit/cable-industry related Commercial/for profit	$5 per image $40 per image
Shipping and handling The Barco Library will determine what qualifies as cable industry related requests.	$5
Additional fees: Oral History and other DVD or audio requests Photocopies	$25 25¢ per page
Payment All orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds, payable by cash, check, international money order or major credit card.
Credit or Refunds All sales are final.
Delivery Allow at least ten (10) business days for delivery of reproductions in offered format. Rush orders are not available
