The Cable Hall of Fame celebrates the most innovative and influential people in the connectivity, content, and entertainment industry. Honorees are recognized for their outstanding dedication to and impact on the industry, and induction is one of the industry’s highest and most exclusive honors. A committee of industry peers and leaders selects each year’s inductees from a large group of nominees.

Honorees are chosen based on their leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation in the connectivity, content, and entertainment industry. Since 1998, 147 inspiring people have been inducted into the Cable Hall of Fame.

The Cable Hall of Fame includes presentation of the William J. Bresnan Award, conferred annually on one person from within the industry who has demonstrated deep and genuine commitment to ethics in business throughout their career.
