Driving Innovation is where high-performing leaders come to develop their intrapreneurial instincts. In eight weeks, they gain the tools to become change architects, poised decision makers who aren’t afraid to do what it takes to get their organizations ready for the next big thing in content and connectivity and content.
Driving Innovation empowers your company’s rising leaders to gain the skills and mindset they need to initiate change and innovation within their organizations, and to do it with confidence. Participants experience intrapreneurship theory in action as they take part in a real-world project where they bring immediate value to their position, team, and organization.
Driving Innovation is a course to equip your high performers (manager to VP) with the frameworks and mindset to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Course Format:
Eight-week course
100% virtual
Approximately 35 hours to complete
Two 3-hour kickoff sessions
Six 1-hour sessions
Two 3-hour capstone sessions
Your leaders will develop competencies to:

- People experience and organizational development executive who creates a thriving employee culture via onboarding programs, learning journeys, and progression
- Facilitator of innovative, results-based performance improvement, team effectiveness, customer approval, and sales enablement strategies
- Inclusion, equity, and belonging learning professional
- Certified Insights Discovery and PDI 360 practitioner

$5,950
Enterprise Package
Purchase seats in increments of 10 across any course or session combination and receive a price per seat of $5,000, plus get an 11th seat free.

Sample Class Format
Week 1: Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30am-12:00pm MST
Week 2 – 7: Tuesdays from 9:00am-9:50am MST
Week 8: Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30am-12:00pm MST
* Weekly projects vary in time, but please expect 2-4 hours of additional time each week. Estimated total class time is 35 hours.
If registered participant cancels within 30 days of course start date, registrant (or organization) will be responsible for 50% of the course tuition. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of course start date, registrant (or organization) will be responsible for the full tuition amount.
