Panel With Industry Leaders From Comcast and Suddenlink to Focus on Turning Interactions into Insight and Earnings

Jana Henthorn,The Cable Center's senior vice president of academic and industry outreach, will moderate "Untapped Asset: Monetizing Big Data and Interaction Analytics," a panel featuring Ryan Pellet, Nexidia's senior vice president of strategic consulting services, as well as Tom Karinshak, senior vice president of customer experience at Comcast Cable, and Gibbs Jones, senior vice president of customer experience at Suddenlink Communications. The session will be held on June 11 from 11:30am-12:30pm in room 206 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
