NetCracker Shows Support for Industry-Leading Customer Care Intiative

Cable Center Names NetCracker Co-Presenting Sponsor of Customer Experience Committee (C5)

Denver, Colo. – The Cable Center announced today that NetCracker Technology has been named a co-presenting sponsor of its Customer Experience Committee (“C5”).

As a part of The Cable Center’s Customer Experience Central initiatives, the C5 is comprised of 25 invited members who represent leading cable operators in North America and Europe. The group meets in person twice a year, providing the industry’s senior customer experience management executives a forum to discuss common challenges, best practices and the latest innovations, as well as the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge customer care metrics and concepts from guest speakers. C5 member companies are then able to share these insights and new approaches to customer care with others in their field and their corporate colleagues.
