NetCracker Supports Industry-Leading Customer Care Initiative

Cable Center Names NetCracker Co-Presenting Sponsor of Customer Experience Committee

DENVER, CO — November 11, 2014 — The Cable Center announced today that NetCracker Technology has been named a co-presenting sponsor of its Customer Experience Committee ("C5"). This is the second consecutive year that NetCracker has sponsored C5.

As a part of The Cable Center's Customer Experience Central initiatives, C5 is comprised of 25 invited members who represent leading cable operators in North America and Europe. The group holds semi-annual in-person meetings, providing the industry's senior customer experience management executives a forum to discuss common challenges, best practices and the latest innovations, as well as the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge customer care metrics and concepts from guest speakers. C5 member companies are then able to share these insights and new approaches to customer care with others in their field and their corporate colleagues. The Cable Center and C5 also present panels at industry conferences.

NetCracker Technology provides communications service providers and cable operators comprehensive end-to-end BSS/OSS solutions, as well as enterprise applications and next-generation SDN/NFV offerings supported by in-depth delivery expertise. NetCracker's leading-edge technology enables service providers to eliminate operational and business silos and deliver real-time customer experience in an on-demand world.

"As the cable industry transitions to a highly interactive, content-rich digital ecosystem, customer experience takes center stage," said Sanjay Mewada, Vice President of Strategy at NetCracker. "At NetCracker, we have the expertise and capabilities to enable this evolution. Our support for C5 underscores the commitment to The Cable Center and the cable industry."
"We are excited for NetCracker's continued C5 sponsorship support and commitment to the program," said Jana Henthorn, Senior Vice President of Academic and Industry Outreach at The Cable Center. "We are pleased that our C5 members will have the opportunity to benefit from their expertise and hear their thought leadership on managing the customer experience."
Among the companies represented in the C5 are some of the largest players in the industry, including Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Cox Communications, Bright House Networks, Rogers Communications, Suddenlink Communications and Liberty Global.
